We ordered 2 and 1 came broken. We kept it because it's so painful to return a big item. The 1 unbroken chair is great - good design and comfortable.

the cup holder and pouch are convenient and it is easy to carry. Durability cannot be determined because it was only used twice.

Beach, and to relax in the yard.
I enjoy the height, easy to get in and out of.
I do not care for the flexible cup holder. I have an older RIO beach chair (same design), only difference is the older cup holder is hard plastic. Drinks fit better in the older version.
